With the Egyptian army behind and the Red Sea in front, the Israelites stood still in panic, complaining, halting their journey to the Promised land. Just like the Israelites, we are surrounded by situations that cause us to stand still rather than move forward into God’s promises for us. God’s solution to the problem was to ask the Israelites to move forward as He made a way for them.

Theme - Chosen to build II

This is an event for women of all ages organized by Chosen women ministry. Scripture tells us that every wise woman builds her own house (Prov 14:1). In part 1 of this series we focused on some practical tools and building blocks for our homes. In this second part of the series, we want to turn the spotlight on our wellbeing as women. It would be difficult to build effectively if we are not in a good place ourselves. We will be talking about how to deal with some things that make building difficult such as emotional and mental health, domestic violence, and physical changes such as menopause. Expect to be inspired and challenged as you meet with other women and discuss how we can ensure we are in the right place to build our homes.
